If your insurance is not listed here, you may still receive care with us, but your out-of-pocket expenses might be more to see a NorthReach provider than another provider that is considered “In-Network” for your health plan. For coverage options, always check with your insurance company first.

Your insurance will be accepted according to the benefits of your policy. This information will be obtained during your first visit. If you do not have insurance, you will need to make financial arrangements with our billing office. Please call 715-732-2075 ext. 4222 or 4233 for payment arrangements.
