NorthReach Healthcare employees enjoy multiple benefits. The benefits listed below are for full-time employees (32 hours or more per week) and include:

Health Insurance
Single and family coverage under a Preferred Provider Plan (PPO).
Our health insurance plan includes a prescription drug benefit.


Wellness Program
In an effort to promote wellness among our employees and ultimately help control the cost of our health insurance, NorthReach has implemented a Wellness Program, administered by Bellin Occupational Health. There is no cost to the employee. By participating in the Wellness Program, we will offer discounted rates on health insurance coverage.

Dental Insurance
Single and family coverage with varied payment options on basic, major and orthodontic services.

Life Insurance
Group term coverage. Additional accidental death and dismemberment coverage available
Paid by employer.


Short Term Disability
Coverage for short-term illness or accident/hospitalization. Paid by employer.

Voluntary Long Term Disability


Voluntary Term Life and Dependent Life


Paid Time Off
Includes sick, vacation, personal and holiday. Available to employees who work 20 or more hours per week. Prorated for part-time employees.

Flexible Spending
A flexible spending account is available for health and dependent care reimbursement expenses.

Retirement Savings Plan
401K with an employer contribution and match (immediate vesting). Employer contributions and match begin upon completion of 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours of service.
