Payment Guidelines

At NorthReach Healthcare, your care is our top priority. We are providing the following information to assist you in meeting your financial responsibilities.

All patients are required to pay their co-pay at the time of service. If you are unsure of the co-pay amount, 20% of the bill will be expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you are unable to pay your balance in full within 30 days, our financial counselors will assist you in setting up a payment arrangement for your remaining balance. We urge you to call our financial counselors at
715-732-2075 ext. 4222 or ext. 4223 to discuss these payment arrangements. Failure to set up payment arrangements could result in needing to
re-schedule an appointment.
